What is Pilates?

 

Pilates is a series of low impact exercises aimed to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing. It is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, balance and posture whilst enhancing mental awareness. Pilates also helps with spine articulation and is a great discipline for rehabilitation and pain prevention.
