Group classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic focusing on functional movements to create a strong, agile and pain free body.  Within these classes you will find the perfect balance of rehabilitation, toning, core strength and flexibility which week on week will start to grow and challenge your bodies at any level. Expect a low impact workout that aims to condition the entire body.
