Pre & Post Natal
There are a array of benefits to doing Pilates both during and after your pregnancy in order to:
Reduce back and general body pain
Strengthen supporting postural muscles
Boost energy and stamina
Maintain body alignment and pelvic placement
Improve posture & balance
Increase breath awareness.
How long the class last? - Typically one hour but can be reduced to 45 mins
Where are the classes held? Usually in the client’s home either 1:1 or in a small group. Studio could be another option
What do I need to bring? A mat and I can usually provide other equipment
Do I bring my baby? Yes, babies are very welcome!
How much does it cost? This depends on the size of the class
I offer both Individual and Group Pre and Post Natal pilates classes either in a studio or the comfort of your own home.
