Join Milla Lascelles and Posie Staveley for a weekend at Vanners Farm, Newbury on Friday 21st to Sunday 23rd June 2019. This retreat is to be held in a cosy newly refurbished ‘home away from home’ and we’re so excited to have you join us. Together we are merging our expertise and experience for this unique retreat and escape to Vanners Farm.

This is the perfect Spring time retreat, easing you out of the depths of Winter and setting you up for the Summer months to come. Combining Pilates with daily group health & lifestyle coaching and a group personal training session, this weekend will support and empower you to move towards your goals without it feeling overwhelming. Prepare to feel refreshed and reenergised.


The coaching

Milla Lascelles is an expert holistic health & lifestyle coaching service based in London supporting and guiding both women and men to make positive health & lifestyle changes into their lives. Milla is a member of the UK Health Coaches Association after graduating from the Institute of Intergrative Nutrition and has been studying self-development and holistic health for the last 4 years she now successfully runs international & UK based yoga & wellness retreats as well as 1-2-1 coaching based in the UK at the Bamford Haybarn and other various location. Milla’s holistic approach is all about bio-individuality, the theory that the body can heal itself - by itself but there isn’t one solution that will work for everyone. She begins with the philosophy of the importance of Primary Nutrition - healthy relationships, physical activity, career and a mindfulness practise - before Secondary Nutrition - the foods we put on our plates. 

Milla holds her clients accountable while empowering and supporting them towards their health and lifestyle goals.

The Pilates

Posie Staveley is a qualified Body Control Pilates instructor. Having always been a fitness enthusiast, she began to study Pilates as a result of a skiing accident. Learning first-hand the overarching benefits to her physical and mental wellbeing, Posie is now a full-time instructor in London.

Posie’s classes are flowing, dynamic and energetic focusing on functional movements to create a strong, agile and pain free body. She is absolutely passionate about the benefits of Pilates giving the perfect balance of toning, core strength and flexibility as well as improving posture and co-ordination. Posie works on the principles of good alignment and breathing and will always endeavour to grow and challenge individuals at any level.

Her practice is open to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

The Food

Don’t worry we’re not juicing or fasting, instead we’re going to be eating plant based, fresh, wholesome nutritious food showing you eating healthy food doesn’t have to be hard or a ‘diet’ or even a ‘health kick’ it’s simply cooking with real food as nature intended. We hope you’ll be inspired with lots of healthy cooking when you go home.

They’ll be a big brunch every day which will be served as a buffet style finishing with a delicious dinner. Between meals they’ll be snacks on hand as well as a choice of herbal teas throughout the day.

Vanners Farm is based in Newbury. Roughly 1 hour 10 mins from central London (depending on your starting point).
The postal code for sat-nav is RG20 0LB. We ask our retreaters to arrive on Friday at 4pm for a welcome drink so there is time to settle in and departure on Sunday by 3pm.
