Pre/post-natal classes

There are a array of benefits to doing Pilates both during and after your pregnancy in order to:

  • Reduce back and general body pain

  • Strengthen supporting postural muscles

  • Boost energy and stamina

  • Maintain body alignment and pelvic placement

  • Improve posture & balance

  • Reduce stress

  • Increase awareness of breath

  • Alleviate tension

I offer both Individual and Group Pre and Post Natal pilates classes either in a studio or the comfort of your own home.

How long does the class last?

Typically one hour but can be reduced to 45 mins

Do I bring my baby?

Yes, babies are very welcome!

Where are the classes held?

Usually in the client’s home either 1:1 or in a small group. Studio could be another option

How much does it cost?

This depends on the size of the class  

What do I need to bring?

Just a mat, and I can usually provide other equipment
